I-40 traffic stop nets marijuana

WINDOW ROCK — Two men, including one who was identified as a violent sexual predator, were arrested near Holbrook, Ariz., March 14 around 11 a.m. after a routine traffic stop indicated the pair were actually transporting marijuana.
